I have 18 yrs of experience providing sexuality and relationship counselling. These topics are rarely discussed openly or in detail. Yet, they are such primary and important parts of being human. While relational issues don’t constitute your whole life, they can certainly colour your entire life. I use a multidisciplinary, trauma-informed approach to help clients reach their goals. This can involve your relationships with others or your relationship with yourself.
Relationship and sexuality issues can be difficult to talk about, my aim is to make them easier. Having a nonjudgmental, compassionate ear and an educated perspective can help you untangle the most difficult and intimate of issues and turn challenges into strengths. Some of my specialties are; betrayal, ethical non monogamy, ADHD in relationships, erectile dysfunction, premature ejaculation and the effect of porn addiction on relationships. I am available to provide in-person and virtual appointments in Calgary and virtual appointments to anyone in Alberta and New Brunswick.
